Founded in 2014 with the goal of becoming the leading online Financial Technology and Foreign Exchange Broker, BlackBull Markets was in need of a new office to accommodate its fast growth and provide an attractive environment that would support its growing recruitment requirements. After selecting a tenancy within the Precinct Properties portfolio on level 20 of 188 Quay Street, the team at DB spared no efforts to create a state of the art design making use of the beautiful water views features and abundant natural light.
Key to the office atmosphere and important point of differentiation, the whiskey bar featuring a 2.5mx1.5m aquarium was designed to create a five star hospitality feel as well as being functional and accessible from two sides of the office. After a few tense moments the fishes have finally settled in their new homes and enjoy swimming while watching both the best whiskey bottles in town and the boats passing by in the harbour below.
