Contact Energy's new Auckland workplace occupies a full floor of the HSBC Tower on Quay Street, with sweeping views across Tāmaki Makaurau and the Waitematā Harbour. Designed by Studio Pacific Architecture and delivered by Studio DB, the fitout brings together considered adaptive reuse, warm materiality, and Contact Energy's distinctive brand energy to create a workplace that feels welcoming, flexible, and unmistakably their own.

ACG Schools

ACG partnered with Studio DB to create a library environment that supports learning, curiosity, and connection. The library is designed to seamlessly extend the classroom, with a dedicated teaching space enclosed by clear glazing and sliding doors to allow visibility and flow. Balancing quiet study with collaborative zones, the design uses a natural material palette and thoughtful spatial planning to foster focus, creativity, and wellbeing. The result is a future-ready learning hub that reflects ACG's commitment to Excellent Academics, Wholehearted engagement, and a No-Limits mindset.

Egis

Egis, a global leader in engineering, infrastructure, and mobility, partnered with Studio DB to deliver a workplace for their Auckland office that reflects both their international expertise and their deep connection to the communities they shape. Drawing on the dual strength of local knowledge and global capability, the design combines natural warmth, soft neutrals, and layered texture to create a grounded, welcoming environment that fosters collaboration, connection, and pride for the Egis NZ team.

Aderant

Aderant, a leading global legal software company, partnered with Studio DB to deliver a workplace for their Auckland office that reflects both their international presence and local context. Inspired by Aotearoa’s natural landscape, the design combines grounded materials and a calm, organic palette to create a professional and welcoming environment that supports collaboration, focus, and the evolving needs of a global technology business.

Dialog Fitzroy

Dialog Fitzroy partnered with Studio DB to deliver a workplace that reflects their strong team culture and regional identity. Designed to be both professional and welcoming, the space combines durable materials with warm finishes and subtle brand touches, including teal accents that reinforce Dialog’s identity. Delivered under Studio DB’s Futureproof approach, the project was carefully coordinated from the ground up and executed within a defined budget and accelerated programme, ensuring both efficiency and quality were maintained throughout.
