Studio DB’s HUSTLE™ methodology executed what was a challenging project, with multiple parties and variables involved.
Collaborating with the real estate agent, we supported Starship to complete due diligence of the purchase, de-risking the process for the Foundation and its Board. Once the site had been purchased, we assembled the project team to ensure correct governance, using a partnership model (including frequency and TOA).
The project scope includes a re-roof of the existing building, complete demolition of interiors, refit of a new façade, decking, landscaping, new exterior joinery, and exterior painting.
The end result is something truly special that Starship Foundation and all their donors can be proud of.
