Creating a Workplace Environment that Fosters Leadership and Resilience

The last two years have been quite extraordinary, to say the least, and have tested our capacities as leaders, people and society to cope with change, uncertainty, challenges and new opportunities.

The workplace environment has been disrupted like never before, which has put an even stronger emphasis on the importance of culture, leadership and connectivity.

At this webinar, we were joined by legendary rugby player Dan Carter and BNZ Head of Workplace Nick Grieve.

Our speakers brought a different perspective to the topic of building leadership and resilience. By connecting the workplace with the world of professional sport, they offered useful insights and experiences about creating better workplace environments.
