The last two years have been quite extraordinary, to say the least, and have tested our capacities as leaders, people and society to cope with change, uncertainty, challenges and new opportunities.
The workplace environment has been disrupted like never before, which has put an even stronger emphasis on the importance of culture, leadership and connectivity.
At this webinar, we were joined by legendary rugby player Dan Carter and BNZ Head of Workplace Nick Grieve.
Our speakers brought a different perspective to the topic of building leadership and resilience. By connecting the workplace with the world of professional sport, they offered useful insights and experiences about creating better workplace environments.
Professional Rugby player holding world records for number of points scored and winning two Rugby World Cups. Carter played for the Crusaders & NZ’s national team, the All Blacks. He is the highest point scorer in test match rugby, and is considered by many experts as the greatest ever first five-eighth (fly-half) in the history of the game. He was named the International Rugby Board Player of the Year in 2005, 2012 and 2015.
A passionate leader striving to harness the cultural benefits of a strong co-existence between the physical, technical and spatial environments. Nick has experience across Financial Services, Not for Profit sectors and more recently runs BNZ’s Workplace Technology and Properties, along with other teams including Technology Adoption and Experience.
