Working closely together with Equip2 we aligned their real estate, cultural and people objectives to ensure that we achieved the overall outcome we needed for the project to be a success.
We transferred the above client brief into an innovative floor plate over two floors that could allow Equip2 to inhabit the building as their own but allow flex and contraction across the group to increase the collaboration between the two business units they owned.
Having the office represent them as a company was important from the outset and relating the office to what they do day to day (shifting earth) was important to ensure they didn’t have an ‘us and them’ culture with their staff out in the field.
