The design supports Latitude’s forward-thinking culture while creating an environment that balances professional excellence with personal wellbeing.

The office features meeting rooms and breakout spaces with incredible panoramic views of the City, offering an inspiring backdrop for client conversations and team collaboration. A consistent blue theme runs throughout the space, a subtle nod to Māori culture and the significance of water and connection, bringing depth and meaning to the design.

Refined materials and inviting textures create a calm yet vibrant atmosphere, while strategic zoning ensures privacy where needed without compromising openness and f low. Breakout and lounge areas form the social heart of the office, encouraging spontaneous interaction and collaboration. Whether it is a casual coffee catch-up or a lively team brainstorm, the space supports a dynamic and engaged workplace culture.
