Whilst Geodis was an existing client, the Landlord was certain to use its incumbent methodology through the traditional route to market. Whilst they continued to put pressure on Geodis, Studio DB took this as an opportunity to prove our methodology to ensure the best outcome for our client.
Throughout the design phase Studio DB worked through with the base builder to ensure clear delineation of scope ensuring that they weren’t compromising the standard of the build. Working with an integrated programme/schedule of works provided its own challenge, but through the project, we ensured that we both held each other accountable.
The end result was a success for all parties involved.
