Studio DB had the privilege of redesigning Ray White’s New Lynn old office in a new office and location. A completely new space and environment that not only aligns with its brand identity but also brings life and vibrancy into the newly built office.
The layout and design were executed to perfection, ensuring the colour palette was aligned with Ray White’s brand and vision. The layout is modern, with classic furniture, and open-space windows that allow natural light which enhances creativity and overall well-being.
Ray White embodies proficiency and quality service and their office aesthetics needed to reflect this whilst providing full functionality. This was achieved by the space being meticulously curated to harmonise modernity with practicality; from cosy collaborative zones to sleek individual workstations.
Ray White, New Lynn now has a space and environment that accommodates their team but more importantly clients and visitors that pass through.
