After downsizing and moving to a new space, Siemens had three main objectives. Firstly and most importantly was to have a workplace that maximised the opportunity to celebrate and collaborate across their three organisations. Secondly, a workplace that facilities a hybrid working model with WFH and WFO and thirdly, a workplace to allow for rapid future growth.
