Our undisclosed client made a strategic move to a new location, Customs Street East, to be in closer proximity to one of their assets.

The previous space in Queen Street had remained unchanged for 20 years, emphasizing the need for a new location that better aligned with the organisation. The transition to this new space was motivated by key project drivers such as connectivity, continuity, and collaboration.
The design and ambience of the workplace aims to create a sophisticated, warm, and friendly environment with a distinctive hotel-like feel. This is achieved through the strategic use of design elements, particularly pops of colour and timber, which add warmth and contrast to the overall aesthetic. The incorporation of these elements helps in establishing a unique and appealing atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
