The layout includes open-plan work zones alongside a variety of flexible meeting and breakout spaces, encouraging collaboration while supporting individual focus.

Natural materials, layered lighting and bespoke finishes bring warmth and sophistication to the space. Spatial planning ensures adaptability for future growth and evolving work styles. A standout feature is the impressive art collection displayed throughout the office, showcasing local artists and reinforcing Todd Corporation’s commitment to culture and creativity.

The design also reflects Todd Corporation’s recent rebrand, translating its refreshed identity into a physical space that feels distinctly Wellington.
