CLC Consulting Group Limited is a medium sized multi-disciplinary property and land development projects consultancy offering Civil and Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering, Resource Management Planning and Land Surveying services.
CLC’s previous office was outdated and not representative of their company values and vision for the future.
CLC made the exciting move into the brand new 3 Te Kehu Way building at Sylvia Park, providing a blank canvas to re-write their ways of working and create a space which they could be proud of. The new space had a focus on providing more collaboration points, a large kitchen + breakout space which could cater to full team meetings as well as quality meeting spaces.

The design has an industrial undertone with pops of brand colours of blues and greens and timber finishes to bring warmth and contrast to the industrial elements of the space.
We also worked closely with the branding company who was responsible for the re-brand of CLC to ensure the new space aligned and incorporated some aspects of the refreshed brand aesthetic.
