Having been approached by Securecom twice within 3 years, Studio DB helped deliver a fantastic office space in a new turn key suite.
Securecom engaged Studio DB for a second time in 3 years to help them understand how big they needed to be and what they would look like when their neighbouring tenant needed more space. Working together, it became evident that there were efficiencies that could be made and adopting a new hybrid workstyle and approach we knew that Securecom had to shift.
Working in collaboration with the Landlord, we were able to manage the expectation of the Landlord, Securecom and the neighboring tenant facilitating a timeframe that work for all whilst ensuring that Securecom’s interests were managed first.
The end result is fantastic for Securecom in a new turn key suite.
