They aim to provide New Zealand’s architects, designers, and other end-users with complete flooring product solutions and delivering the best products in terms of quality, design, colour, and value.
Jacobsen’s leadership has taken this renovation as a golden opportunity to reflect their culture and values while being committed to creating an inspiring office to boost staff welfare. We emphasized on this design brief to offer the most lively and creative solution where the employees can live and breathe their visionary products throughout the office space. The main idea was to incorporate the most natural lighting indoors while reflecting the bright and cheerful work environment through the use of smart furniture systems and comfortable break out and co-working space.
The newly planned space is better utilized as we segregated and yet unified various work zones to keep up with employee identity and privacy while promoting a healthy and sociable work environment. A wide array of options from tufted upholstery to ergonomic office chairs and high stools were provided to foster warmth and comfort in the office. The open-plan office allows easy movement and constant communication amongst the employees. Pops of green and splashes of reds, tans, and calm blues add vibrancy in the interiors while seamlessly perceiving the perspective of space to the eye. The one-walled kitchen further rejuvenates the interior space by introducing patterned backsplash and tints of gold-plated furniture and hardware to add a touch of elegance.
