Buildable Analysis

Buildability is a feasibility assessment

Buildability is a pre-construction exercise where we assess the design from the perspective of construction feasibility. We engage with experienced practitioners who assess on-site how easily or difficult a construction project can be built. The analysis takes into account all aspects of the project, outlining how easily the desired final outcome can be achieved based on space allowances, material installation, maintenance access and the state of the building.

Why is buildability analysis important?

Buildability is important to assess because it can help determine whether a construction project is feasible. Buildability helps us to identify potential construction risks and issues that could impact the project’s schedule and overall budget. Completing a buildability assessment allows us to identify pitfalls and receive feedback on the viability of our design proposals.
